Simon has played the legendary Jack Meadows in “The Bill” for nearly twenty years. Proud of his Yorkshire roots, he is thrilled with the support that People’s Postcode Lottery are giving to the area:

“I was born and grew up in Bradford so Yorkshire will always be a special place for me. The happiest days of my childhood were spent camping at the foot of Simons Seat in Appletreewick. It’s great to hear how much YDMT are doing to help the landscape and communities in the Dales and also to know that, with the assistance of the People’s Postcode Lottery, YDMT are giving people from inner cities the opportunity to enjoy this unique part of the world.”
